Injection Molding


Injection moulding is a moulding method that combines injection and moulding. The advantages of injection moulding are fast production, high efficiency, automatic operation, rich colors, flexible shape from simple to complex, accurate product size from large to small, and easy product upgrading. Injection moulding is used to produce moulding products by mixing the completely molten plastic material by helical screw at a certain temperature, and injecting it into the mould cavity with high pressure, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. It is suitable for mass production of parts with complex shapes and is one of the important processing methods. Nowadays, processing technology is going in the way of high and new technology, including micro-injection moulding, highly-filled compound injection moulding, water-assisted injection moulding(WAIM), mixed use of various special injection moulding processes, foam injection moulding, tool and die technology, simulation technology, etc.

Our injection moulding process adopts fully automatic operation. In general production, the pre-molding uses fixed charging method to save the operation time and process of the injection, thus speeding up the production cycle. Select the most appropriate injection pressure, the most reasonable injection speed while ensuring the quality, the most reasonable ejection form according to the engineer's arrangement and testing. Arrange the most reasonable temperature control during the injection process, select and test the optimal close mold control as well as the optimal mould unloading control.
